Recycling cardboard boxes
We use cardboard boxes
for shipping our products and by recycling these boxes, you can help cut down on waste and benefit the environment. Our delivery boxes are 100% recyclable. Moreover, these boxes are approved by FSC (Forest Stewardship Council), which helps prevent the use of illegally harvested timber. The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) helps take care of forests and the people and wildlife who call them home. They also work to improve forest management worldwide, and create an incentive to follow best social and environmental practices.
Currently, about 70 percent of cardboard boxes shipped commercially are recovered for recycling.
Once a cardboard box is wet, it can be extremely difficult to recycle. So make sure that you collect and separate your cardboard stream from liquids. Keep the boxes in a dry, protected area.
Flatten cardboard boxes so that you can fit more recyclables into your bin.
The best thing you can do before tossing your cardboard box in a recycling stream is to try and reuse it for storage or shipping.
